Coordinator, Content (m/f/d) – Hamburg
WE DELIVER
The Content Coordinator manages the planning, development, and execution of campaign content across channels. This role ensures consistent messaging, strong storytelling, and smooth collaboration across teams, while overseeing localization, POSM, promotional materials, and asset management.
Campaign Coordination
- Plan and structure campaign content with overviews, timelines, and asset lists.
- Align priorities with global, regional, and Merchandising teams.
- Maintain and organize all campaign assets across channels with an asset inventory.
Copywriting & Storytelling
- Develop and adapt copy for media, digital, social, and e-commerce.
- Ensure consistency with brand tone, legal guidelines, and global direction.
- Maintain a centralized yearly copy document.
- Check with legal if there are any local constraints/observations to consider.
Voice-over & Subtitle Management
- Identify video assets requiring localization.
- Coordinate scripts, agency timelines, VO talent, and recording sessions.
- Review, approve, and deliver final files while monitoring budget.
Cross-Channel Alignment
- Ensure channels use assets correctly and remain aligned with campaign strategy.
- Conduct regular check-ins and track updates and next steps.
POSM & In-Store Content
- Create POSM messaging aligned with brand and product strategy.
- Coordinate with VM and Graphics on visual asset needs.
- RSMs needs assessment: reviewing store needs, analyzing impact and brand safety. Provide the right material.
- Oversee translations, approvals, and print readiness.
Promotional & Giftset Communication
- Gather promotional details and develop messaging and disclaimers; coordinate visual requests.
- Manage promotional assets and ensure consistency across channels.
- Prepare internal overviews summarizing mechanics, visuals, and timelines.
- Check with legal if there are any local constraints/observations to consider.
Feedback Loop
- Collect internal feedback, structure it, and share a holistic view of the learnings — informing processes and minimizing roadblocks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in content coordination, campaign management, or marketing communications
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple channels
- Experience coordinating video, voice-over, and subtitle production
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of brand guidelines, legal compliance, and promotional requirements
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and asset management tools
- German (native), fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
