A day in a life of a Concept Development Chef

• As a Concept Development Chef (m / f / d), you will lead the development of culinary prototypes for our Asian Cuisine and conduct test series, presenting outcomes in engaging tasting sessions to gather valuable feedback.
• Furthermore, your role includes translating scientific insights and emerging technologies into practical culinary applications through feasibility assessments and innovative prototype creation.
• Additionally, you will plan and coordinate prototyping activities within project timelines, showcasing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Staying current with trends you will present innovative product concepts and prototype demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively contributing to creative ideation sessions, you will leverage your culinary expertise to inspire new product directions and enhance team understanding of regional culinary techniques.
