As Client Director – FMCG (f/m/x), you will actively shape the future of our clients: You will manage long‑term partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and play a key role in driving innovative solutions for the retail and consumer goods industry. We are looking for you to join our team full‑time at our locations in Berlin, Vienna, or Düsseldorf as soon as possible.
Develop unique customer experiences: In the Consumer Cluster, we work on inspiring projects for the retail and consumer goods industry. This includes consultancy, conception, and development of holistic, cross‑channel shopping experiences, hyper‑personalized offers and a 360° customer understanding – all supported by AI solutions and approaches.
We are setting new standards for the digitalization of the industry. We advise and support our customers in transforming their services, processes, and sales channels in a sustainable, innovative manner based on the latest standards and adapting them to the growing demands of users. The focus is always on an appealing and intuitive customer journey.
