Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-lasting customer relationshipsWork with senior executive leadership to develop market growth strategies, opportunities and plans.Drive organic, green-field growth through direct and channel partnershipsManage, develop and nurture strategic relationships with key partnersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Work with marketing to align on and provide input on marketing plansRequirements
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- 1 – 3 years experience as an Account Manager, Engagement Manager or similar role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
