Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the company’s technology vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and expand the engineering function: recruitment, mentoring, and process building.
  • Guarantee platform scalability, resilience, and security.
  • Introduce architectural improvements and drive technical innovation.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Mitigate risks associated with high-load systems and high-risk fintech environments.
  • Supervise software quality, CI / CD flows, monitoring systems, and incident response.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Director).
  • Background in fintech or high-risk verticals.
  • Strong track record in designing and scaling high-load platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with PHP, Docker / Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, caching, and messaging systems (MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience managing CI / CD pipelines.
  • Strategic decision‑making skills balancing technical and business needs.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a focus on culture.
  • English: Upper‑Intermediate or above.
