We are building the leading workforce mobility platform for Germany and Europe — and are now looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to scale this mission.

Your Mission

As Chief Growth Officer, you will work directly alongside the Founder & CEO as a strategic partner, owning revenue growth, market expansion, and enterprise sales execution across Germany and Europe.

This is a true executive leadership role with the opportunity for meaningful equity participation, designed for someone who wants ownership, long-term impact, and category-building responsibility.

You will build TalentSure’s European growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Enterprise Sales — Own revenue strategy, sales execution, and growth outcomes
  • Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization
  • Lead strategic enterprise deals and C-level relationships
  • Develop consultative sales playbooks for complex hiring and migration solutions
  • Build robust sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Drive account expansion, upsell, and long-term retention
Germany & Europe Market Expansion
  • Lead regional growth and market expansion strategies
  • Build strong employer networks and strategic partnerships
  • Establish TalentSure as category leader in workforce mobility
  • Develop vertical strategies across automotive, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
  • Build enterprise and institutional partnerships
  • Co-create large-scale workforce programs with leading employers
  • Develop strategic alliances with industry associations and training partners
Growth Systems & Execution Excellence
  • Build scalable sales operations, analytics, and performance dashboards
  • Optimize conversion rates, deal cycles, and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution

Who You Are

Experience

  • 10–15+ years in enterprise B2B sales, growth leadership, or commercial executive roles
  • Strong background in HR-tech, recruitment, staffing, workforce mobility, SaaS, platform, or professional services
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales organizations

Market & Language

  • Fluent German (C1/C2 – mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong understanding of German enterprise sales, HR, labor market, and works council environments
