Overview

We are leading a confidential executive search for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of a high-growth international portfolio company with revenues approaching $200m. The business operates with global R&D, multi-site manufacturing, and commercialisation across Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

As part of the executive leadership team, the CFO will:

• Lead and strengthen global finance operations, including planning, controlling, and treasury.
• Partner closely with the CEO and board to support commercial growth and long-term strategy.
• Guide a finance and digital team of 6–7.
• Play a central role in M&A, partnerships, alliances, and preparing the business for future capital markets activity (HK / Europe IPO exposure is highly valued).

Candidate Profile

• A Chinese national with a proven record leading finance in global organisations.
• Experience bridging large corporates and mid-sized growth companies.
• Strong exposure to international capital markets and IPO processes.
• MedTech, pharma, or related life sciences background desirable, but strategic thinking and cross-cultural leadership are paramount.

Compensation

Highly competitive, with equity participation via a stock option plan in development.
