• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage M&A activities and coordinate with external advisors, including auditors and tax consultants.
• Shape and execute growth and internationalisation strategies alongside the CEO and leadership team.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams across finance, IT, HR, and controlling.
• Implement robust processes and systems to support global operations.

What you bring

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
• 8+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fast‑paced environments.
• 3+ years as CFO or senior finance leader in a growth‑stage or international company.
• Strong analytical skills, hands‑on mindset, and attention to detail.
