Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients in industries like material handling, conveyor systems, and industrial automation.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to align offerings with client needs.

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
