Chief Acoustics Engineer – Automotive Engineering – Munich, Germany (Onsite role)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of car sound experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a technology leader’s Automotive Engineering Lab, where we focus on developing cutting-edge solutions across multiple automotive technology domains.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and develop the sound quality, style and tuning strategy for advanced car audio systems
  • Lead system design and tuning across multiple high-end vehicle programs
  • Ensure industry-leading competitiveness through innovative audio software, hardware, and tuning methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class sound experiences
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Electrical / Telecommunications Engineering or related field
  • Deep knowledge of digital signal processing and automotive acoustics
  • Hands-on experience with tuning tools, audio DSP, amplifiers, loudspeakers, and acoustics layout
  • Proven ability to lead system design and tuning independently for high-end products
  • Recognition in the music or audio industry (awards, certifications, or peer-recognised evaluation expertise) is a strong plus
