Your tasks

• Continuous documentation and further development of standardized purchasing processes and tools, taking into account Group specifications and regulations.
• Analyzing the procurement market, conducting supplier negotiations and handling purchasing processes with the clear objective of cost optimization and quality assurance.
• Responsibility for continuous requirements analysis and monitoring as well as drawing up and negotiating framework agreements.
• Preparation and analysis of regular purchasing reports in cooperation with Finance & Controlling to identify potential savings.
• Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements (e.g. LkSG) and legally compliant implementation of contracts for work and services.
• Taking on the role of Application Owner for SAP MM, including system maintenance, further development of interfaces and processes.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing , ideally in the automotive environment.
• Sound knowledge of SAP MM as well as experience in system maintenance and process design.
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills with the necessary assertiveness.
• Confident handling and a high affinity for purchasing guidelines, compliance requirements and contract law.
