Job Description

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You collect pain points, prioritize requirements, manage feedback loops, and advocate business needs in product discussions
• You design and lead regular planning cycles with unified tools and processes to ensure smooth, cross-functional operations
• You drive adoption of tools and features, manage training, and lead change initiatives with clear communication
• You align business strategy and OKRs across teams, maintain initiative overviews, and ensure shared direction
• You gather and structure business needs for Product, manage dependencies, and co-prioritize based on impact
• You support Product across all phases – from ideation to rollout – ensuring business validation, alignment, and smooth adoption
• You act with delegated decision-making power and officially represent the department head.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Background: You have an academic degree and have gained planning knowledge and experience within a business department
• Hands‑On: You have experience in operational capacity planning and are open to immerse into operational business to stay connected and understand business user needs
• Skills: You demonstrate structured thinking, planning, analytical ability and objectivity
• Communication: You have strong communication skills in English and ideally in German and are able to deliver unified messaging with Product and other stakeholders
