How you’ll spend your day
  • Market–Hub Coordination: Ensure strong collaboration and clarity on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Manage the end-to-end coordination of hub-supported services across key business functions.
  • Request Prioritization: Advise market leaders on request prioritization based on strategic impact, capacity, and business value.
  • Performance & Risk Management: Track delivery metrics, identify risks or misalignment, and el.0n issues when needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate feedback loops between markets and hubs to enhance service quality.
  • Change Management: Support communication, engagement, and adoption efforts for new processes and ways of working.
  • Reporting & Governance: Prepare operational reports and contribute to governance forums.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships, address concerns proactively, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration.
Do you have...?
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business operations, consulting, or market-facing roles in pharma or life sciences
  • A track record of managing cross-functional initiatives in global or matrixed organizations
  • Strong influencing skills across seniority levels and regions
  • Hands-on experience with hub–market service delivery models
  • Proficiency in performance tracking, issue escalation, and operational reporting
  • Fluency in English and in at least one local market language is required
  • A strategic operator who can translate business needs into actionable plans
  • Confident navigating complex stakeholder environments without direct authority
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in fast-paced, matrixed settings
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to evolving models
  • A clear, credible communicator across cultures and functions
  • Globally minded and able to build trust with diverse teams
  • Driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence
