Business Development Manager

RoomReady is looking to expand its business development team with the addition of a Business Development Manager (BDM). Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves building relationships with prospective clients, developing strategies to penetrate new markets, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition. It is preferred that candidates be located in Texas, however we are open to alternate home addresses depending on convenient proximity of a major airport.

  • Proficiency in CRM software with a strong ability to manage and analyze sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a results-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for the audio visual industry and a commitment to staying current with industry advancements and innovations.
