What you do
  • Drive growth by building strong relationships with major sales partners including automotive OEMs, utilities, installation companies and others.
  • Own the entire partnership lifecycle from pitching and negotiating to closing contracts and managing long‑term partner relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities by assessing international expansion potential and defining regulatory and technical requirements for the product development team.
  • Support market entry efforts through project management, helping to establish local teams, processes and operational structures.
  • Contribute to product development by translating customer needs and market insights into actionable requirements.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and other international industry events.
Who you are
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in charging infrastructure, smart charging or bidirectional charging.
  • You hold a university degree with a focus on business and/or technology.
  • You bring strong expertise in commercial management, business case development, risk assessment and international market expansion.
  • You possess a deep understanding of charging infrastructure, including commercial applications, technical fundamentals, regulatory environments and global market requirements.
  • You are fluent in German and English and are open to international travel.
