This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for an Business Development Manager -HRIS. The Business DevelopmentManager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, forecasting sales targets, evaluating market trends, and managing customer relationships specifically for our HRIS products. The Business Development Manager will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the company's vision and values align with the sales strategy.
