Your Mission

As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in shaping CYCLE's strategy directly alongside our CEO and contribute to top level company decisions. In particular you will:

  • Design and validate new revenue models by creating compelling business cases and driving them from concept to execution.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with high value clients end-to-end, structuring contracts and closing deals that accelerate growth.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that shape CYCLE's strategic roadmap and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Translate insights into action by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses that guide decision-making.
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships that fuel ambitious growth targets and support international expansion.
  • Be the face of CYCLE with external stakeholders - representing us with key accounts at industry events and in PR opportunities.
Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong drive, a high degree of ownership and a hands-on mentality. Ideally you bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Project Management or Operations
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to turn data into clear insights
  • Excellent relationship-building and professional communication skills in German & English
  • Project management expertise with proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up, scale-up, consulting)
  • Berlin-based or willing to relocate
