Who You Are:

We’re on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team, in a hybrid structure with strong business development experience in the digital or mobile advertising industry. This person will be responsible and accountable for sourcing and onboarding new Publishers business.

  • You will effectively identify, qualify, pitch and close new business with top international App publishers and developers, guaranteeing the business growth in the mobile ecosystem.
  • Continuously prospecting for new business using your existing network of relationships and creating new relationships (we need to see your network during the interview process).
  • You will work closely with other team members in our organisation, who are involved in the different stages of the on-boarding process of new clients.
  • You will coordinate and review new Sales activities including your own performance.
  • You will be making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
  • You will establish yourself as a subject matter expert in mobile, and in-app programmatic trends across the ad tech and digital ecosystem.
  • You will represent Gravite at trade exhibitions, conferences, and events to promote our solutions.
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in selling or closing new business in the ad tech ecosystem, app environment or gaming industry on an international level.
  • Strong knowledge & familiarity with internet advertising models, ad optimization, audience trends, and technologies.
  • Existing international networks in the Ad-Tech, mobile or gaming space.
  • Self-motivated, independent, high-performing individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast.
  • Team player mentality with collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric, consultative sales professional that can quickly understand their target customers market, business & challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Superb relationship building skills that can develop credibility with executives and demonstrable business acumen.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with a CRM system as a plus.
  • Full business fluency in English is required, other languages are an advantage.
