What you will be doing?
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Client acquisition: Lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Revenue generation: Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and managing negotiations from start to finish.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, finance, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct research to identify emerging opportunities.
Skills you should have
- At least 5 years of proven success in business development within the fintech sector, specifically experience in selling BaaS or lending solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Fluent communication in German and English.
