You'll be the voice of the European market, translating local needs and trends into a clear portfolio strategy that drives growth for our high-speed cabling and interconnect solutions.

What You Will Do in Your Role
  • Become the Market Expert: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Synthesize this information to create presentations and business justifications for leadership and executives, backing up your points of view (POVs) to support roadmaps and investment decisions, creating a clear vision and strategy for both short-term growth and long-term market leadership.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Own the product roadmap for the region, providing prioritized guidance to the global development team. Develop go-to-market strategies for key customers based on market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs. You will be responsible for a short term (2-5 year) and long term (5-10 year) strategic vision.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with OEMs and Tier-1 automotive customers. You will engage with customers to understand their specifications and vehicle architectures, recommending tailored solutions from our portfolio (e.g., Ethernet, USB, LVDS). You'll support commercial discussions, present technical solutions, and help customers define their specifications for new projects.
  • Collaborate and Execute: Partner with global product management, engineering, and commercial teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. You will also create presentations and marketing materials to support regional sales efforts.
  • Expand Our Reach: Identify new business opportunities and new customers, actively developing strategies to increase our market share and drive sustainable profitability growth.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive business development or product strategy.
  • Technical Acumen: The ability to understand complex technical specifications, architectures (e.g., Ethernet, USB, LVDS), and product requirements.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German is required; fluency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes: A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Travel: The ability to travel up to 40% across Europe to visit customers, plants, and industry events.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with high-speed data connectivity components, cable assemblies, or signal interconnects.
  • Understanding of infotainment and ADAS architecture.
  • Prior experience in financial and economic analysis.
  • Familiarity with European automotive standards and regulations.

Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs. We seek to enable the best work environment that helps you and the business work together to produce superior results.
