About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial technical professional to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive new business development across European industrial markets. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business development to position Yibi Precision as the preferred MIM solutions partner for innovative manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- New Market Development & MIM Technology Evangelism: develop and execute a comprehensive market development strategy to establish Yibi as the MIM technology leader in European industrial sectors, proactively identify and target potential clients in emerging application areas where MIM technology can provide competitive advantages, create and deliver compelling technical presentations and workshops to educate potential clients on MIM capabilities and benefits, build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through systematic market mapping and targeted outreach.
- Strategic Client Acquisition & Technology Adoption: lead the entire new client acquisition process, from initial technical consultation to project implementation; develop customized MIM adoption strategies for key prospects, demonstrating ROI and technical advantages over traditional manufacturing methods; establish Yibi Precision as a technical authority in MIM applications through white papers, case studies, and industry conference participation; identify and convert prospects currently using inferior manufacturing methods to MIM technology solutions.
- Technical Consulting & Solution Development: conduct in-depth technical consultations to understand client challenges and develop innovative MIM-based solutions; lead collaborative design sessions with client engineering teams to optimize components for MIM manufacturing; provide expert guidance on design for manufacturability, material selection, and cost optimization using MIM technology; develop and present technical proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of MIM solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required.
- 5+ years in technical business development, sales engineering, or application engineering within precision manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully introducing new manufacturing technologies and converting technical prospects into long-term clients.
- Deep understanding of MIM technology and its competitive advantages over traditional manufacturing processes.
- Experience with component design optimization for manufacturing and cost reduction.
- Established network within European industrial manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in English and German mandatory.
