Their breakthrough storage system converts renewable electricity into stored heat, delivering reliable Heat‑as‑a‑Service with no upfront cost or operational disruption—transforming how energy‑intensive industries access sustainable heat.

Seeking a brand-new, Business Development Leader to drive commercial growth in the German market, with further growth aspirations into Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden & Finland, too.

This remote role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in industrial equipment sales, sustainable heat solutions, renewable energy or energy performance contracting, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close new business with industrial customers and energy project developers

  • Lead the development of commercial strategy across target, German industrial, manufacturing or processing customers as primary target, with expansion into Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden & Finland also, as opportunities emerge.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of partnership opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical and finance teams to align solutions with customer needs

  • Represent the company at industry events and negotiate complex contracts

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or energy sectors

  • Proven success in complex, multi-million-euro sales environments

  • Strong understanding of industrial heating processes and energy markets

  • Sales track-record in Germany (required), Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands (highly desirable).

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Passionate about making a positive contribution to the energy transition.
