Key Responsibilities

• Support and advise department heads and management on the selection and implementation of IT systems.
• Capture, analyse and model business processes.
• Plan software‑development projects, including resource planning.
• Create and document the software architecture.
• Assist and train employees in the introduction of new applications.
• Support the department in deriving data from the various systems.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree, preferably in (business) informatics.
• Relevant work experience in a comparable role.
• Strong process understanding and affinity for IT.
• Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level).
• Willingness to travel.
• Customer‑ and service‑orientation in internal and external collaboration.
• High level of initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills.
