What You Bring

• Fluent German and English.
• A completed university degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or a related discipline.
• At least four years’ professional experience in the insurance industry, consulting or IT services.
• Initial experience in project management and / or Project Management Office is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the German insurance market, including operational processes and insurance-specific IT systems - particularly Guidewire and / or BiPRO.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for collaborating with international teams.
• High personal responsibility, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
