At IONOS, you will work in a group of leading European providers of hosting/cloud and application services, partnering with different brands and locations. As a Brand Product Manager, you and your colleagues will play a central role in ensuring the go-to-market, roadmap execution, commercial success, and customer satisfaction for the respective brand in your area of responsibility. Your scope is cross-product with a focus on the website product segment (Shared Hosting, WordPress, Sitebuilder). You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure the success of the respective products.

Responsibilities
  • Close collaboration with product and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and briefings.
  • Monitoring and analyzing commercial product performance for new and existing customers for continuous optimization.
  • Together with our interfaces, you will drive existing customer management and customer experience.
  • Definition and implementation of (pricing) strategies to increase customer and revenue growth.
  • Creation of business cases (in cooperation with Finance) and decision proposals for management.
Qualifications
  • A desire and ability to contribute with your "can-do" attitude in an agile and dynamic environment and to manage multiple topics simultaneously - whether hands-on in the trenches or analytically/strategically.
  • Completed studies or training in business administration, information technology, or a similar field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in product management or comparable commercial roles in a software/technology environment.
  • You handle KPIs playfully, P&L, Recurring Revenues, and Conversion Rates are not foreign words to you.
  • Enthusiasm for and know-how in the areas of websites / e-commerce / online marketing.
  • You are a strong communicator, proactive, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as we operate internationally.
