Your Role & Responsibilities

This is more than just a sales role – it's an opportunity to create, lead, and own. We're looking for someone ready to step beyond being "just" a salesperson and build their legacy.

Your Clear Path to Entrepreneurship (A Three-Stage Trajectory to Leadership and Ownership) :

  • Sales Pioneer : Your first task is to be a direct seller, personally driving sales and establishing the initial market presence for our AFH products in Germany.
  • Team Builder : Once initial sales targets are met, you will transition to building and structuring a larger sales team for the new branch.
  • Branch Manager & Shareholder : You will assume full responsibility for the new branch's operations and strategy, with a clear path to becoming a company shareholder.
Your Profile

We are seeking a sales professional with a proven track record in the AFH sector – someone ready for their next significant career step, who has outgrown their current environment, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape something of their own.
