As part of its international expansion, TNP is strengthening its teams to support its major clients in the Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Life Sciences sectors.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, bilingual in French and German, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients in the financial services or industry sectors. You will contribute to transformation and change management projects, bringing strategic and technical expertise.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead strategic transformation projects within large companies, mainly in the financial services or industry sectors.
• Collaborate closely with local and international teams to meet clients’ specific needs.
• Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the development of market strategy and the growth of our activities.
• Participate in the development and management of service offerings.

Your profile:

• You hold a higher education degree, ideally from a top university, engineering, or business school.
• You have 5 to 10 years of experience, preferably in a consulting firm or in project management roles.
• You possess strong knowledge of digital platforms and sector-specific solutions.
• You demonstrate a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Proficiency in both French and German is mandatory. English is a plus.
