Job description

At DemoUp Cliplister were revolutionizing how over 3000 brands and retailers like MediaMarkt Otto Fnac Microsoft Logitech and Bosch bring their products to life with innovative solutions like video augmented reality and user-generated content. Our unique approach combines content creation services with a state-of-the-art digital asset management platform and content syndication making us a key SaaS player in Europes retail landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute our marketing strategy: Develop and implement campaigns that strengthen our position as the go-to eCommerce content platform across EMEA.
  • Be a hands-on player-coach: Until we scale the team balance strategic planning with execution from running paid campaigns and optimizing CRM workflows to refining messaging and content.
  • Sharpen our story: Craft and evolve our brand narrative ensuring consistent compelling communication across all channels.
  • Fuel sales collaboration: Partner with our Sales team to generate marketing-sourced opportunities and support outbound efforts.
  • Partner with Product: Lead product marketing initiatives to support new feature launches with effective enablement materials.
  • Deliver measurable results: Build scalable data-driven acquisition engines across inbound ABM paid partner-led and product-led channels.
  • Leverage analytics: Establish attribution models and performance tracking to ensure every activity contributes to clear ROI.
  • Contribute to leadership discussions: Work directly with the CEO to inform GTM decisions and overall business growth.
Job requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing ideally in a scale-up environment where youve both built strategy and executed campaigns.
  • A player-coach mindset: You enjoy executing campaigns as much as setting up the vision.
  • Metrics-driven: Comfortable with CRM (ideally HubSpot) attribution demand-gen and aligning marketing KPIs to the companys strategic objectives.
  • Product Marketing expertise: positioning products crafting messaging and enabling Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • EMEA expertise: Youre familiar with the differences across regions and can adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • You are located in Berlin or Hannover.
