  • design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions that support AI-driven HR technologies and enterprise applications.
  • automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
  • ensure adherence to UBS cloud governance, security, and operational standards.
  • contribute to architectural decisions, cloud strategy, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
  • share your knowledge openly, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and help shape a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering culture.
Your team

You’ll be part of the AI Engineering team within the GOTO Group HRCS Technology organization. Our mission is to simplify and digitize the HR application landscape while delivering AI-powered solutions that enhance the employee experience. Based in Krakow, Poland, you’ll work in an agile, autonomous pod alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your expertise
  • proficient in provisioning and managing Azure services using Terraform IaC.
  • proficient in writing automation scripts and building CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab.
  • a collaborative communicator — you express ideas clearly in English and adapt technical content for diverse audiences, while working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile settings.
  • a strong commitment to quality, maintainability, documentation, and continuous learning.
  • AI-related skills are a strong plus.
