In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion for Chase, we’re looking for a passionate Associate – Paralegal, who will support the development of a leading digital bank from a legal and regulatory perspective.

Responsibilities

As an Associate – Paralegal in our newest European hub for Chase bank, you will be part of a team of trusted advisors supporting the launch of our European hub. You will perform legal research and support senior lawyers to advise on wide-ranging topics and exciting new products and services. You will draft and review communications including with respect to customers, complaints and disputes. You will monitor changes in law and regulation, and you will engage with stakeholders in different functions locations under the supervision and support of a team of committed professional attorneys. You will also be called on to provide general administrative support. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a leading digital bank from a legal and regulatory perspective.

• Provide legal analysis on the development of new retail banking products in Germany
• Monitor German / EU legal and regulatory developments
• Draft and review documents, including communications with respect to complaints, disputes, litigation, etc.
• Perform legal research on a variety of issues relating to retail banking matters
• Provide general administrative support
