Market Access is a strategic function at Gilead ensuring patients have timely access to our therapies while maximizing product value and aligning with German data requirements.
As (Associate) Director Market Access LIVE Portfolio (Liver Inflammation Emerging Viruses) you will lead market access strategies for this growing portfolio in Germany. This includes shaping and executing comprehensive access plans navigating complex national and regional processes such as AMNOG and driving pricing and reimbursement strategies.
You will operate in a lean agile matrix environment working in cross‑functional teams and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders. The role does not include direct reports but involves leading interdisciplinary teams and reporting to the Head of Market Access.
