Your profile:
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in administrative or sales-support roles
- Confident in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both internal and external
- Strong German and English language skills
- Structured, efficient, and proactive working style
- High sense of responsibility and organizational talent

Your mission:
- Organize and manage administrative tasks, especially formal customer processes such as registrations, KYC, contracts, certificates, and signature procedures
- License customer administration: creation, management, and billing
- Create, maintain, and manage sales documents, templates, and presentations
- Develop, maintain, and optimize internal processes, both cross-functional and customer-related
- Communicate with customers on administrative matters
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics
- Support the Executive Assistant with calendar management, minutes, presentations, and general administrative tasks
