Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Industriegerüstbau, vorzugsweise in der chemischen Industrie.
• Selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
• Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitsstunden, Schichten, Wochenenden und Feiertagen.

Aufgaben

• Anweisung der untergeordneten Mitarbeiter gemäß den Vorgaben des Baustellenmanagements.
• Umsetzung der technischen Lösungen und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung und Umsetzung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
• Durchführung von Gerüstinspektionen und Gewährleistung der optimalen Funktionalität.
• Vorbereitung der Erfassung von Dienstleistungen und Messungen.
• Erstellung von wöchentlichen Reparatur- und Inspektionsplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Baustellenleiter.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in industrial scaffolding construction, preferably in the chemical industry
• Ideally, you have successfully completed further training as a certified scaffolding assembly manager (m/f/d)
• You work independently, conscientiously, enjoy working in a team and are reliable
• You are willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays
• You have a class B driving licence
