A leading global technology firm is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for its operations in Germany. The suitable candidate will manage existing customer accounts while driving acquisition of new clients in key regions. Ideally, you will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronic security sector. This role offers a competitive salary package, opportunities for career progression, and includes a company car or allowance.
Our customers demand a high-performance supplier and to continue to meet this demand we are now looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (m / w / d) to join our sales team in Germany, and we are looking to speak to candidates based close to either Stuttgart, Munich or Berlin.
This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts in theseregions. Ideally you will have field sales experience from the Electronic Security industry, however we are keen to speak to candidates from Electrical Wholesale, Trade and other similar industries.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will work closely with the wider Sales team to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of warm accounts while actively acquiring new customers for the ADI portfolio. You will collaborate with key suppliers to maximise sales opportunities, increase share of wallet, and deliver a best-in‑class customer experience for every client you support.

Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company. Under this plan, ADI will continue its role as a leading global wholesale distributor serving commercial and residential markets, while Resideo will retain its manufacturing and product‑solutions business. Upon separation, both companies will operate independently to better serve their respective markets and customers. The spin‑off is currently targeted for completion in the second half of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
