Responsibilities
  • Advise: Support existing and new customers in East Germany with technical and commercial expertise – always focused on solutions, not just products.

  • Drive Growth: Actively win new business across services, engineering projects, and product sales – you make things happen.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams like Customer Service and Inside Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Own It: Take full responsibility for your sales area – including revenue and gross profit – especially in air filtration, engineering projects, and filterCair.

  • Negotiate: Secure pricing and delivery agreements that create long-term value – you know when to push and when to partner.

  • Track Trends: Stay informed on market movements, customer needs, and competitor activity – and turn insight into action.

Qualifications
  • Experience: You bring hands-on experience in technical sales – ideally in filtration, machinery, or an industrial environment.

  • Know-How: Understand technical specs and drawings – you don’t need to be an engineer, but you speak the language.

  • Insight: Add value beyond what competitors offer – help customers improve efficiency, energy savings, and performance.

  • Customers: Feel comfortable working with OEMs, MRO clients, and across various industries.

  • Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English – essential for collaboration across our international network.

  • Mindset: Solution-oriented, curious, and hands-on – you like building strong relationships and solving problems.
