Your role as Area Sales Manager - Orthopaedics

In this commercially focused role, you'll be responsible for expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and supporting customers across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Leading sales and business development efforts for the joint replacement product range
  • Developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies based on customer insights and market data
  • Building strong relationships with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Delivering hands-on technical support, education, and training to ensure optimal use of products in clinical settings
  • Identifying, managing, and growing distributor and agent networks to achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring competitor activity and emerging trends to inform commercial decisions
  • Supporting scientific engagement initiatives in partnership with KOLs
  • Ensuring all activities align with internal compliance policies and relevant healthcare regulations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and deliver best-in-class service
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the territory, and occasionally further afield when required
