Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung von Einfamilien- und Mehrfamilienhäusern.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Vertrautheit mit modernen Medien und Technologien.

Aufgaben

• Leitung von Projekten für Wohn- und Gewerbebauten.
• Kostenkalkulationen nach DIN 276 erstellen.
• Baumanagement für verschiedene Bauprojekte übernehmen.

Schmidt Architekten, managed by Christoph and Stephan Schmidt, is an internationally active architectural office in Kenzingen near Freiburg with more than 20 years of experience in the conception, planning and implementation of architectural and interior design projects for industry, commerce, residential construction, hotels and hospitality, trade fairs and showroom construction. The 20-strong team includes architects, designers, engineers, planners and project managers from six nations who work in flexible teams depending on the project requirements. We develop and realize living spaces in the form of aesthetic, functional and sustainable architecture. We offer this added value to our customers, based on their wishes, objectives, budget and technical specifications.

Your tasks:

• You manage projects on single-family houses, apartment buildings, commercial buildings as well as public projects and conversions
• You create cost calculations according to DIN 276
• You coordinate tenders
• You will be responsible for site management for the above construction projects
• They work out detailed solutions
• You actively develop our team
• You are interested in personal development with subject-specific training courses

Conditions:

• You already have experience in the planning and project management of single-family houses, multi-family houses, commercial buildings or public projects
• You bring well-founded knowledge of the relevant technical standards and regulations with you
• You have the appropriate qualifications in the preparation of tenders, as well as cost planning and construction supervision
• You work independently, carefully and have a structured way of working
• You enjoy working in a team, are committed and flexible
• You are well versed in using MS Office standard software and have basic knowledge of the ProReport construction software
• You are familiar with the new media and technologies and enjoy technology
• You are confident, friendly and confident in dealing with customers (builders, planners)
