• Vocational training as a plastics and rubber technologist
• Familiarize with production and maintenance departments
• Actively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality control
• Get to know the interfaces to logistics and quality management
• Program and set up production machines
• Participate in special projects such as "Trainees recruit trainees"
