Our client is a leading, award-winning Anaplan consulting partner seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of enterprise Connected Planning solutions. The successful candidate will translate complex F inance (FP&A) and / or Supply Chain (SOP / IBP) requirements into scalable Anaplan architectures, lead end-to-end implementations, and advise senior stakeholders, primarily across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead discovery, solution design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare for multi-model programs.
• Run client workshops; map processes (FP&A, SOP / IBP, Demand / Supply / Inventory, Workforce, Commercial / Trade, CapEx) into logical / physical Anaplan designs.
• Define / enforce modeling best practices (sparsity, grain, hierarchies, time / versions, ALM, data hubs, integration patterns).
• Guide model builders, conduct design reviews, manage risk and change control, and ensure on-time value delivery.
• Connect Anaplan to ERP / CRM / data platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake; iPaaS / ETL tools).
• Shape Connected Planning roadmaps, value cases, and operating models (COE set-up, release & lifecycle).
• Coach client teams, provide training / playbooks, and contribute to accelerators and pre-sales (RFPs, demos, POVs).

Requirements :

• 5+ years delivering enterprise planning solutions, with 3+ years hands-on in Anaplan and multiple end-to-end projects.
• Expertise in Finance and / or Supply Chain (credible depth in one; ability to span both).
• Strong modeling craft : dimensional design, performance optimisation, formula design, UX (NMX), workflow, ALM, and data hub strategy.
• Confident client leadership and C-suite facilitation, translating business outcomes into technical design, leading multi-vendor teams.
• Excellent English communication; German fluency (C1+) strongly preferred for client-facing work in DACH.
• Certifications : Anaplan Solution Architect (or Level 3 Model Builder) preferred; Master Anaplanner a plus.
• Exposure to predictive / scenario planning and driver-based design.
• Consulting background with program governance and pre-sales preferred.
