We are currently looking for analysts to join and support the FalkenSteg team in our corporate-finance operations.

What you can expect at FalkenSteg

- You will strengthen and expand your skills in M&A project management, investor communication, business valuation, due diligence, finance, insolvency law and restructuring in a project environment spanning various industries
Your duties
- Assisting with project management in the context of M&A transactions
- Conducting market, company and financial analyses
- Creating marketing materials related to pitches and transactions
- Preparing for and attending meetings with investors
- Assisting with and managing due-diligence processes
- Working on internal company development projects
What we expect from you
- Degree from a higher-education institution with above-average results in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme (minimum requirement: bachelor’s, master’s or formal course of training to be a business professional preferred)
- Previous experience from relevant work placements or initial work experience in corporate finance, restructuring, finance, financial and management accounting; or business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)
- Keen interest in business transactions and sound knowledge of accounting and business valuation
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
- Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
