Description

We are currently looking for analysts to join and support the FalkenSteg team in our corporate-finance operations.

Your duties
  • Assisting with project management in the context of M&A transactions
  • Conducting market, company and financial analyses
  • Creating marketing materials related to pitches and transactions
  • Preparing for and attending meetings with investors
  • Assisting with and managing due-diligence processes
  • Working on internal company development projects

What we expect from you
  • Degree from a higher-education institution with above-average results in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme (minimum requirement: bachelor’s, master’s or formal course of training to be a business professional preferred)
  • Previous experience from relevant work placements or initial work experience in corporate finance, restructuring, finance, financial and management accounting; or business development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)
  • Keen interest in business transactions and sound knowledge of accounting and business valuation
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
  • Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
