Overview

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a Swedish speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join their team in Essen.

Role: AI Prompt Evaluator

Location: Essen, Germany

Work model: on-site

Responsibilities

• Research, write and edit short prompts ensuring they are accurate, creative and follow the brand's voice and style guidelines.
• Develop smooth and logical conversation flows to create engaging and user-friendly interactions.
• Contribute to enhancing the speech system by helping create dialogues on a variety of topics including more sensitive or controversial subjects.
• Review and analyze written content to ensure it is factually correct and meets style standards.
• Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
• Ensure the tone of the content matches the brand's voice and resonates with the intended audience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2 level)
• Bachelor degree holder
• Excellent command of language grammar and style ensuring prompts are clear, engaging and well-crafted.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative prompts and scenarios that capture users' attention.
• Skilled at analyzing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
