Role: AI Prompt Evaluator
Location: Essen, Germany

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, write, and edit short prompts, ensuring they're accurate, creative, and follow the brand’s voice and style guidelines.
• Develop smooth and logical conversation flows to create engaging and user-friendly interactions.
• Contribute to enhancing our speech system by helping create dialogues on a variety of topics, including more sensitive or controversial subjects.
• Review and analyze written content to ensure it’s factually correct and meets the style standards.
• Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
• Ensure the tone of the content matches the brand’s voice and resonates with the intended audience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent in Hebrew (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well asEnglish fluency (B2 level)
• EU passpoort holder of valid work permit / residency
• Excellent command of language, grammar, and style, ensuring prompts are clear, engaging, and well-crafted.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative prompts and scenarios that capture users' attention.
• Skilled at analyzing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows.Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
