Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in the agricultural sector.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.

  • Conduct product tests and demonstrations directly on-site with customers.

  • Lead sales negotiations and provide technical advice.

  • Collaborate closely with production and back-office teams.

  • Participate in regular team meetings at our Gorey plant.

  • High willingness to travel, especially during the seasonal peak.

Your Profile
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B).

  • Agricultural background or proven successful sales experience in the agricultural sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • English and German required. Additional European language is a plus but not required.

  • Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus.
