A global leader in retail technology is seeking an Agile Leader to orchestrate multiple agile teams, champion agile excellence, and optimize delivery processes. This role involves fostering a culture of learning and collaboration while managing capacity and aligning roadmaps with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have proven agile delivery leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills. Lead transformation. Enable teams. Deliver product excellence. You will orchestrate people, processes, and technology across multiple agile teams. You will strengthen collaboration, align capacity with strategic priorities, and use innovation—including AI—to accelerate continuous improvement.
Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)
Champion Agile Excellence: Promote agile mindset and practices across teams and clusters.
Optimize Delivery: Design and refine processes, coordinate release planning, and establish transparent metrics and dashboards.
Enable People Growth: Foster a culture of learning, guide career development, and lead performance cycles for cluster members.
Drive Collaboration: Connect teams, share best practices, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Plan & Align: Manage capacity, roadmap alignment, and resource planning to meet strategic goals.
Engage Stakeholders: Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and business leaders to ensure smooth delivery and risk management.
Proven experience in agile delivery leadership across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps, and quality assurance.
Ability to lead people and processes with empathy and clarity.
Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and modern delivery practices is a plus.
