Qualifikationen

• Professional experience as a freight forwarder, dispatcher, or agent.
• Initial experience in long-distance freight handling is welcomed.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Fluent knowledge of German; ideally, knowledge of another language (Polish/English).

• Arrange transportation units in national long-distance transport.
• Assign transport orders among forwarding agents.
• Accept, enter, process, and reconcile client orders.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize client orders.
• Act as a central contact person for clients.
• Monitor working hours and regulations regarding driving and rest times.
