Position: Advisor (German and English)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries within established timelines
  • Build and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the client's products and services
  • Manage and log calls in designated systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through usability questions
  • Address pre-sale inquiries regarding products and technology
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, identifying sales leads, and fostering customer loyalty
  • Identify when a complex problem or inquiry needs to be escalated
  • Document essential information for review and resolution by the second line of support
  • Meet targets related to call handling quality and established KPIs
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide recommendations for improving first-contact resolution rates

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. C1 Level of English
  • Friendly and positive team player
