Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to build and deliver engaging demos to prospective customers that spark excitement.
• Work with prospective customers to find the best technical setup for their internal communications needs and remove technical obstacles to winning deals.
• Run technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform and consult on different integration methods.
• Consult prospects regarding our APIs, our architecture recommendations and implementation approaches.
• Craft and build RFP response documents that position the Staffbase product in the best possible manner.
• Serve as the interface between sales and product to maintain cutting‑edge industry and product knowledge, informing product development with insights from prospects.

Qualifications

• University degree in information science, information systems, business engineering or equivalent technical work experience.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and the value proposition versus on‑prem solutions.
• General understanding of web development and common technologies; experience building an MVP that interacts with our APIs is a plus.
• Solution‑focused understanding of REST APIs and how to interact with them.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent German and English communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
• Expertise with web development, preferably knowledge of HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js.
• Experience with enterprise software and common integrations (SAP, Workday, Single Sign‑on, Active Directory, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment is a plus.
