Administrator - Part Time
Housed in a former machine factory, Callie’s is a non‑profit founded to foster creativity, cultural exchange, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration. Through residencies and public programs, Callie’s supports local and international artists while becoming a resource for its immediate community. Callie’s operates in the spirit of inquiry; its activities are a form of experimentation aimed at developing new models of social and artistic engagement.
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of Callie’s. Working closely with the Director and team, the Administrator plays a central role in financial administration, office organization, grant budgeting, and institutional processes. This position is key to ensuring the smooth functioning and long‑term sustainability of Callie’s as a small, dynamic arts institution.
