Qualifikationen

The responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator among others will include:

  • Support the smooth execution of accounting processes across GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets.
  • Participate in monthly and annual closing activities by preparing journal entries, reconciliations and relevant reports.
  • Perform key accounting controls and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Assist with tax-related processes and submissions in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain and update accounting systems and reporting platforms as needed.
  • Contribute to compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and audit requirements.
  • Provide support on ad hoc requests, reports and finance-related projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external advisors to gather and provide necessary information.
  • Ad hoc duties within the Finance function, as and when required.
Requirements
  • BA in Accounting or similar field.
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Background in either multinationals or mid-size companies will be preferred.
  • Computer literacy with Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the English language.
  • SAP experience will be a plus.

  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Be proficient in data entry, working to multiple tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
