As an Account Executive at CTG / Cegeka, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our existing partnerships and new framework contracts with the European Institutions. Your focus will be on driving growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting additional services, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

As the main point of contact for your clients, you will foster open communication and act as a reliable advisor. Your responsibilities include identifying current and future needs, positioning CTG / Cegeka’s solutions to address those needs, and driving demand for additional services. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to revenue growth and long-term client success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams.

We are looking for an Account Executive with strong relationship-building skills, a consultative mindset, and a deep understanding of the European Institutions environment. Your ability to align CTG / Cegeka’s innovative IT solutions with client priorities will be key to our continued success in this market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client business needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities within existing contracts to promote additional services and drive growth.
  • Provide regular business updates, track client feedback, and ensure proactive communication.
Your profile
  • A natural ability to build trust, manage client expectations, and drive retention.
  • Experience in identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients, and accountability for coordinating internal and external resources to close sales opportunities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills — you value teamwork and collective success.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously while engaging with colleagues.
  • Experience in the IT or professional services industry, focusing on business development and / or sales.
  • Fluent in French & English
